Computers West (CW) is the parent organization of two user groups: MacsWest and the PC Users Group. It is a social and technology club whose members share information and experiences about computers and have fun doing so. 

Members of CW can get individualized help with computer problems at the club. Fellow members provide these services as well as instruction on the use of hardware and software. 

Membership in CW is restricted to residents of this community who are members in good standing of our chartering organization, the Recreation Centers of Sun City West.

The PC Users Group offers one-on-one PC computer repair and upgrades as well as general problem solving help with Android phones and tablets on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30am till 11:30am. 

The Macswest User Group has it’s walk-in Genius Bar every Monday from 12:00pm-2:00pm and Wednesday from 10:00am until noon. One-on-one hands on problem solving as well as application education.

In addition we meet on Friday’s 1:00 to 2:00pm for “What’s New From Apple“ and a “How to“ presentation of general interest.

The Linux Users Group has a general Q&A and computer repair meeting in Room D on Friday mornings from 8:am till 11:am. 

The Flight Sim Group Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm in Room D. 

Normal Club hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Palm Ridge Computer Room. These hours may be modified due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
