What are the Club requirements to register for a class?
- You must be a member in good standing
- Your dues are currently paid in full and showing up in our system (may take 2 weeks to show up in our system)
- You monitored for 4 hours at the club within the current year and it has been recorded in our system
How do I register for a class?
- Click on the class registration link that you are interested in
- Follow the instructions, some classes have a fee and must be paid online by credit card on in-person with cash
- You must register as your name is shown on your SCW Rec Center Card
- If taking a google class, you must use your gmail email account to register
- Make sure you receive a payment receipt/class confirmation via email and be prepared to show it in class
How to be prepared for most classes
- Bring all computer passwords needed
- Bring all devices fully charged
- Show up 10 minutes before start

How do I cancel a class?
- You will send an email to the instructor or at least 24 hours before the class in the subject line type: Cancel Me, in the body: provide your SCW Rec Card first and last name, the class name, date, and time of class.
Are there any refunds for classes I cancel, register incorrectly, or for any other reason?
- No refunds will be issued for any reason other than if the class is canceled or rescheduled
What if I don’t cancel via email and then don’t show?
- You may lose privileges to sign up for a future class
What if I show up to class without my email registration?
- You may be asked to leave if the instructor has no record that you registered
Can I trust the online payments?
All online payments are secure and handled by Google Pay using Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal.
