We want to empower our members by offering classes for continuous education. Our classes will have an instructor that will handle their class communications and provide the training. Classes are announced in our newsletters, put on the club calendar and our website. Some instructors may email you or contact you with information. Our instructors are members just like yourself, who are willing to share what they know about various operating systems, software, hardware, and IoT devices. Would you be interested in teaching something ?
All members have a unique perspective and experience that can be beneficial to others. Perhaps you want to share how you use your online calendar to help you track medical appointments? Maybe you know how to use a specific phone app, like the WhatsApp for travel?
Once you have a topic to share, then consider how you would go about teaching it. Will you create slides, will you screen share (project) your device? Will students be observing or participating on their own devices? What is the main take away knowledge you want to impart? How much time will your class take?
