Technology support is FREE to club members who have monitored a minimum of one (1) time per year

PC and Android Support and Repair

Wednesdays and Fridays
Starts at 7:30am

Must be signed in by 8:30 as help is available on a first come-first served basis

    • Is your device no longer working?  We can repair most computers or phones.
    • Are you backing up your computer? We can double check for you and help you get periodic backups happening. Now you’re protected if your computer stops working.
    • Do you suspect that you have been hacked? We can get rid of a virus and help install/recommend future proofing.

    • Want more speed? We can install a new solid state hard drive in your computer and you will marvel at the speed.

    • Have you purchased a new device? We can transfer your data from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

    • Need help with any applications? We can answer most software questions, help you install the software, and recommend solutions.
    • Need help with Cox email conversion? We can convert to Outlook, Thunderbird third party email clients as well as Yahoo Mail.

Bring all usernames and passwords for login, Google Accounts, Microsoft Accounts, and other accounts that may be needed. On the hardware side bring in your device and charger.


Apple Support Session

We need support session helpers! If you have the skills to help others with a Mac, iPhone or iPad, please come to an Apple Support session and share your knowledge. You don’t need to be an expert. Many issues deal with email accounts or setting up a new device.

Apple device help is available on Wednesdays at 10:00am although tech help volunteers for Apple products have been very limited lately. If you have expertise in Apple support for mail, apps, Facebook etc. and are willing to help fellow CW Members with Apple support, please see Norm at the club.
