Do We Still Do LINUX?
LINUX is only one of the FREE software packages supported by the CW Open Systems Group. Yes, we still do support Linux.
Open Systems is CW’s support team
If you don’t want to:
- Purchase a new computer to get Windows 11
- Buy Application Programs like,Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop etc.
Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, are operating systems just as Windows and Apple OS-X are operating systems. Open Systems OS’s look similar but are slightly different from Windows, and run like Apples operating system, but both Apple and Windows are expensive.
Linux is FREE!! Additional software from Windows comes at a price but Open Systems software is FREE. Linux has no record of virus infection and you do not have to buy a virus protection program. The Open Systems distributions that we teach (Linux Mint) are simple and easy to learn. Come to a Friday meeting and see what it is all about.
Open Systems Software is hardware independent. That means it even runs on Apple’s M Chips as well as Intel Chips.
